Once you've opened this many of you might think that i am just a teenager complaining about a little roll or something. It is not like that. I am 5/7 tall and a 172 lbs. i dislike my stomach, theighs, and hips. I go back and forth between losing and gaining weight. I think it is way easier to gain weight than it is to lose it. i try to eat right but i can not resist some foods. if some one can help me please let me know. thank you. |

Register Now] Well, this is a quick diet that alot of patients use to clean their body and as a result from removing toxins weight flies off as well. Example is a 220LB woman loses 42Lbs in 40 days. Read this link in full first, because there are a few guidelines. It works but you must be strict. It worked for alot of people here at this office. I am not a doctor, I work for one. I've taken up playing football with my friends. I do not want to take a drug or pill to lose weight. i'd prefer to work out but be able to keep it off.

My daughter is the same age as you and she has a problem with her weight too. She's around 5'4" and about the same weight as you, but I think she looks great. With your heighth I don't think you are fat at all. I think most women look better with weight on them. It's definitely not a good thing to go up and down, eat the foods you want just have in your mind how much to eat. That's what i tell my daughter, because depriving yourself is no fun and you only live once. So enjoy the flavors you love just limit yourself.

Sometimes, I think the reason it is hard to lose weight is because the reasons for doing it are wrong. First, I think you need to analyze why you want to lose weight. What is your goal? Having a tangible goal will make you work harder to lose the weight you need to lose. Good luck! HWM |
