You mention being tired and no energy. have you had your thyroid and sugar checked recently?
i had the same issue and i started losing weight but i still felt really beat all the time
Come to find out i had diabetes.
i looked online for some help and found a lot of great diet sites and eat healthy support and diet sites but they all cost money
i finally got Lucky
i joined a free one that is great called Sparkpeople.
They have a lot of great options you can follow their diet plan or your own You have a place to keep track of your nutrition and what you eat each day and it tells you how many calories and carbs and fats etc there is a place for fitness and tracking it they give you fitness things to do each day You can do the ones you want though.There are support groups and you make a page and share things with one another in blogs and on your page and it is just really full of info too.

It's quiet effective actually, but it does not mean that you get all bloated up with water, you stop eating. I still recommend for you to eat the right portions to nourish you body, and avoid any future binge.
