you wanna know effect of junk foods

Hi i know everyone like to eat junk foods but it is not that much healthy. Junk food addiction is so high because of its simplicity. They are easy to prepare and are very tasty. Junk foods such as potato wafers and Cheetos. The fat contents, barring a few manufacturers, have high cholesterol levels. Secondly, the sugar and sodium salts have their effects on health. High calorie content with sugar can lead to obesity. Cholesterol and salt are known to setoff blood pressure, stroke and heart diseases in a chain . so people pls avoiding this
only suggestion i think it will useful.

It is sad the state of my country. to many people feed there children fast food daily and we see the outcome. It is hard today because both parents have to work in most families just to get by and fast food looks like it is an easy fast way to feed them. but it is at the risk of your families health

Junk food refers to fast foods which are easy to make and easy to consume. hey are zero in nutritional value . They have only fats lying in it causing ill effects on the health of the consumer. The taste is the most attractive feature in junk foods. But is there at least little use of junk food to our body and health.
