Tongue Sleep Apnea

Was recently diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 2 months ago, if you call that recent. I'm adjusting pretty good to the mask, but am not feeling any better yet. I constantly felt tired throughout the day, and still do. But, my wife says that my snoring is gone and I don't move around as much as I did without the CPAP machine.

Re: Sleep Apnea

As I lose weight, mine starts getting better. I use the nasal pillows and do much better with the humidifier as well.

Re: Sleep Apnea

I have been off of my CPAP machine for awhile now, and have been snoring again and moving around. At least my wife tells me that I do, and I believe her totally. Back on the machine now though partially, hard to use it all night long, but I'm wanting to get to use it all the time.
