| I'm in college and today in Wellness class we were shown some studies that I found really surprising! It has been shown that the #1 best thing you can do for your health is to be physically active! It's worse for you to be inactive than it is for you to smoke! Of course it's better to be active AND not to smoke... but I thought that was insane! Basically, exercising 3 times a week for 60 minutes each time can dramatically increase your lifespan and decrease the chances of illness and disease! Thought I'd let you all know!

| Re: The BEST way to improve your health! Same here! How do you guys work out? I used to just lift, but recently I started doing this pretty intense running/ circuit training workout.

Daily Walking and Exercise is very necessary for good health i agree to all of your comments but some medicine can be used for good health there are many site offer cheap medicine but i have visited [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and i found a lot of medicines which is best for good health at very cheap price |

Hi goman114, I agree with you...Being physically active can help you improve your health compare to other people who are not active....Just like engaging your self in some sports...Doing your exercise daily will surely help you...With even just a walk, a ride in a bike and juggling...This are simple things to do that you can be sure to help you on your health.
