I spent about 2 hours last night on a site called [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now], there was some great reading. It’s really true that staying motivated is the hardest part, I think I will keep going there at least once a week to help me stick with my diet!

Yes, recent studies have shown that being overweight can have an adverse effect on conception.
