Shocked Weight Watchers?
Does anyone plan on joining Weight Watchers after the holidays? I joined online last year and lost 20 lbs. Needless to say, 10 have crept back on!!

If anyone is interested, we could make a WW thread where we could kinda go to support each other, post WW menu ideas and recipes, etc.

Let me know if interested! Thanks!

I love WW!! I've been going to meetings and following the program since May and have lost 53 lbs so far. It is so easy to follow and I am never hungry. I highly suggest attending meetings if you join. You'll get so much more out of it and lose more then doing it online.

I am definitely an advocate for weight watchers. A few members of my family and friends have tried it and all love it.
