THE ACNE: It is an infection of the skin. happens principally in the face, also in the back, chest, shoulders and neck. It is caused by changes in the sebaceous glands of the skin, producing a fat in excess,this obstructs the pores generating injuries in the skin,it is known as grains (white points), pimples (white points), blackheads (black points) etc. It is very frequent in the teenagers of both sexes between 12 and 25 years, persisting up to 40 years in some cases; it affects 70% of the juvenile population
any comment?

i would recommend purpose wash soap for the face, i use it daily whenever a breakout occurs, and it "works miracles"

Kaolin clay with water, mixed into a paste and applied to the skin till dry. Then gently dry it and splash off with cool water to close the pores.

Anytime, the clay also acts as an antitoxant for your skin and helps pull impuritys out. If not on your face, then a basic salt scrub for the same thing as well as exfoliation is great too

I recommend that when you have a pimple especially on your face...Don't touch it with your finger...it is best that you should wash your face regularly..
