Any annoying neighbor stories to make my day?

Our neighbor isn't annoying-just a little "different." We live on 180 acres so the neighbors aren't close. He has about a hundred chicken cages in his yard. He also lets chickens and coon dogs run wild. Is is an accomplishment just to get past his home without running over a chicken or dog. I HATE when there are baby chicks or pups in the road (not that I want to hit grown ones). He also has a sweat lodge in his yard. I don't know that he EVER cleans up his yard. However, my daughter and her friends ran out of gas right in front of his house and he went and got them a can of gas. ALso the cemetery is right next to his place and though I don't think chickens should run all over the cemetery, he mows the cemetery.
Before I moved here I lived in apartments that were four-plexes (I know that isn't the right word-but I am tired!). I had some really interesting neighbors there, but was SO lucky. The manager like me so she always put elderly women in my building. They never made noise and were always super clean.

I think I win the worlds worst neighbor award. *he just moved away a few months ago thank goodness!*
I dealt with this moron and his crap for 5 years!!! The most recent thing he did before he moved...
some kids went around late at night eggin houses, his along with ours fell victim. Well the next day he accused my daughter who is bright, smart, funny and loveable...a high honor student in school, 11 yrs old. Well she defended herself saying she had nothing to do with it and he insisted she did *he never really liked many of us in the neighborhood and her even less because she would never back down from anyone if she knew she was right* and she got right in his face and again told him she was home in bed sleeping where she belonged at 11 yrs old. Well this guy was so angry but knew if he layed a hand on her that Mommy would come and take care of him so what he did was grabbed some girl walking down the street and payed her to beat my daughter up. Well lemme tell you I went after him and the big man he was ran in his house and hid so I called the police. They came talked to me then him *apparently they were friends of his because they chatted with him awhile* then came back to me and said *If we have to come out here again for you we will take you in....My jaw hit the ground! I CALLED THEM!! not him! I was speechless....LOL anyway they left, I picked my jaw up off the ground and went in the house still dazed and confused. not long after he moved *whew*

Well, we still have a neighbor that my kids named BlowerMan to contend with here. This is the guy who decided to go out & try to blow his driveway at midnight in the middle of a freakin blizzard. Here I am with two kids just coming down with the flu, plus a hubby & bigger kid who are in the middle of it and this freak starts up a giant commercial type blower. I called the cops & the dispatcher was so amazed - she said that while there were laws against disturbing the peace, there wasn't anything against late night snow blowing because what kind of idiot would do that anyway? So, I went to the front of my house (didn't even have to open the window or door) and she freaked when she heard the blower going. She sent out a patrol car (the roads were closed, so it took a bit, but since the snow was coming down hard & heavy, Old BlowerMan was still out there) and they told him to shut off the blower & go inside to bed. But, the delightful man just waited until they left & started up the big old blower 5 minutes later. *sigh* This guy was so anal that he actually blew all the snow off the street in front of his house too.

Early the next morning I heard a blower going off again (by this point, I was ready to go toss something at him), so I looked outside and the neighbor next to him as blowing the snow [b]back onto his sidewalk & driveway[/b] :D Guess he made someone else mad too!

Now that it's finally drying out (please go away rain!), he's mows his lawn almost every single day. And he doesn't just mow it in a single pass like everyone else - nope, he has to mow it over & over & over until every single little blade of grass is just so. I swear it takes him over an hour to do a little 15-20 minute mowing job. And then he starts in with the high power water sprayer to clean up the driveway, sidewalk & street afterwards - it's noisy for at least 2 1/2 hours every single night.

Tonight after he finished up the nightly ritual, our elder son said that he kind of missed the snow because then we only have to hear the noise on the days when it actively snows! :p

Okay, I have the story for you!!! I live next door to the neighbor that rules ****! This guy is a complete jerk who openly admits that he scams the government to live for free. He claims that he is disabled yet he has built a new shed in the back of his garage. Whenever he is working he'll cover himself up with a sheet so no one will be able to take a picture of him.

This jack*** purposely looks and watches over my fence to see what he can complain about to the police. He constantly calls all of the city officials to come to my house. Most of the time the officials see that the claim is unwarranted. Unfortunately, the officials have to answer every call or they get into trouble.

This basta** sits on his a** and thinks up lies to tell on people just to get them in trouble. I have been a victim of a few of them myself. He harrasses a little old lady that lives on the other side of him. I met this lady and she is as sweet as she can be. Whenever she comes out of her house this jerk and his lame family all stand around out there calling her all kinds of bad and horrible names in public.

To tell you the truth I really wish that he would move away with his family. That doesn't seem to be happening. I could see someone attempting to kill him and I would not rush to the phone to call anyone.

My mother is at the point where she is willing to watch someone do bodily harm to this imbecile. That is really deep considering she is a dispatcher at a police department. She said "If I saw someone kicking his a** the only way I would help him is if Jesus Christ himself came down and told me to help him. And if I go to heaven and see that he's there I would ask for a transfer!"

My mother is a good christian person but this individual has pushed her to her limits spiritually. I think what pushed her over the edge is the fact that this punk threatened to shoot me. I have never been a problem to anyone but he chose to pick with us because we were dumb enough to fall in love with a house without checking out who we were moving around.

When the police see that I am the one being called on they begin laughing talking about "Okay, so what is the charge this time?"
The police all know me because of my mother. I have never been a problem but all of a sudden this a-hole is trying to get me to have a record!

I wish someone could do something about this person that I have the misfortune to live next to. I wish that I could move and leave his lame behind and his family right there in the same hovel they have always been in. Even the city officials would love to see this jerk dealt with. I have heard many say it. Even though this won't do anything, I am glad I was able to tell a very true story of terror.
