I remember Touche' Turtle! Anyone recall a cartoon called Here Comes the Grump? For those Canadians or Americans who got Canadian TV - The Friendly Giant? Mr. Dressup with his "tickle trunk" (full of dress up clothes) and Casey and Finnegan the hand puppets? Hobbling down memory lane with my walker...

Okay I cant even spell real words right but I will try with a few I remember. Almost everything mentioned so far I remember.

How about Atom Ant, Ricochet Rabbit, Squidily Didily, Kimba the little White Lion. Hardy Har Har he was somebodys sidekick. A hippo but I can't remember his name. Winky Dink, you put plastic on your tv screen and helped him along.

How about The Hair Bear Bunch?

And did anyone else grow up in Chicago? If so, remember Bill Jackson, aka B.J., along with Dirty Dragon, Old Mother Plumtree, Goodscout Wally, and Weird? What a show!

This one isn't a cartoon, but don't you still just shiver when you hear "Sleestacks?" Remember them from Laaaaand of the Looooost?" Also, I used to love a cartoon that no one ever remembers. I would be thrilled if you did. It was a group of misfit superheroes. One was a skinny man who stretched and another was a man wearing a baby diaper who used his bottle as a weapon: he would swing it around by holding it by the nipple! Please sovle this 15 year old mystery for me!

Scruffers, I vaguely remember the superheros cartoon you mention, but I don't remember any particulars.

Was there also a Gumby and Pokey cartoon? I remember the little bendable figures, but I am thinking maybe they were based on a cartoon or claymation characters? Also, Dudley Dooright, Snidely Whiplash, and Nell. Sherman and Mr. Peabody.

DH remembers some that I don't: Space Ghosts ... Astroboy with Dr. Elephant.

Re: Remember these old Cartoons?

oh god I remember from when I was 5 in the 90's
Dudley Do-Right the cartoon
Super-Ted (Teddy Bear with superpowers)
Biker Rats (rats on motorcycles)
the old beast wars
some pirate guy with a rat for his sidekick, constantly said 'swab the poopdeck'
carebears (didn't like it but I remember it)
Tom and Jerry was always my favorite
and Wiley Coyote
and Pinky and the Brain was cool too
Definitely Johnny Quest, my dad bought a rodeo (the car) and it was decked out like the Johnny Quest Mobile

I need to dig up the tapes of these from so long ago.

Strange to think there's people out there that haven't heard of those cartoons. So many of those are total classics!
