Go on to site after signing up. You will have to verify your age, 2 ways to pick from. I will fax mine, I dont have a scanner. If you do this part now, you will receive a lighter. You will have to this later if you are ever selected to receive a free lighter.

From reading, It looks like you will receive free lighters for life after becoming a member. (I'm sure the life is that of the site.) You get to pick your favorite color and then a second choice.
