Is anyone else having problems accessing juno email?

I have not been able to access my juno email for over 10 days!!! Has anyone else had this problem? Several others I know are having the same difficulty. I have emailed customer service but, no response yet. HELP, can't believe this, I know I am missing out on a bunch of emails!

I've had difficulty too but, a little different. It usually is really slow to access. Then half the time I only get the old ones. Occassionally it won't connect at all but will later on. Sorry, not much help. Good Luck mbclark1.

I thought it was my cheap computer! Thank goodness. Anyway , sometime I wouldn't have anything in my inbox,but when I logged in to junowebsite and clicked "check e-mail" I could access it that way. Also I just downloaded Juno 5 , this appears to run much smoother,also looks slicker than the old Juno. I also wonder if the e-mail is doing this intentionally just so we'll upgrade to one of there for pay services. I see they will be limiting us to 40 hours per month starting this year.

I have been frustrated by their tech support. I have done everything they have told me to do (twice) and they keep telling me the same things over and over. My email downloads quit on September 6th. they keep telling me its a problem with my computer, but why is the problem happening on both of my machines, each with a different operating system, firewall, filters and programs?

Reading that others are having problems with downloads shows me the problem is on their end.
