I have spoken to Amazon CS for 4 times after I make a purchase in the Baby store. The system overcharge my shipping, so I call them to adjust it. After the CS adjusted the shipping charge, the shipping date was pushed back until April. Then I call up again to tell them about the shipping date but the CS don't dare to adjust anything incase she will further mess up the shipping date. Eventually, I managed to speak to another CS who upgraded my shipping.... but she too indirectly mess up my account. The stackable certificates all disappeared and the amount which charged to my credit card went up. After talking to another CS for almost 15 minutes and she told me that the promo codes shouldn't be stackable. I told her that if the system accept that they shouldn't delete it after I agree paying that previous amount using my credit card, so she kept quiet and took another 20 minutes to sort up my account. Finally, she told me that they will credit me back the overcharge amount in 5 to 6 days. Hopefully, that is the last CS I have to talk to on this purchase.

Although Amazon CS is quite good but they have a very very bad computer accounting system.
