That's a shame. They were under maintenance for a couple of days. Maybe it was a glitch in the system.

You can always try again. It's a great pen. Even the interior is metal! This pen will last FOREVER!

That's because it is a high quality, very well-balanced pen. The inside of the pen
is also metal, so there is no plastic to wear down. I'm ordering another one for a
friend! :)
