I filled it out and clicked through to submit. The next page stated my razor will be shipped in (I forget how long but it IS being shipped).

I went to the site 3 times now and have yet to see anywhere that states the promotion has ended. If indeed the promotion has ended, I'll be delighted to close this thread!

That's because the web site (not the form, the main web site) clearly states, "Noxema free razor promotion has ended. Check back again for future promotions."

The OP didn't check this out before (s)he posted it.
