Parents mortgage off their houses just to throw these spoiled snots thousand dollar parties. And thats the way they [U]ALL[/U] act! Its amazing.

On the funny...You're giving this meenie teenie 6 mos. before she drives through the garage door? I give 6 hours and her cell phone; and/or car full of friends, and she'll cause a catastrophy.

I too, have seen those MTV 'Sweet 16' episodes. One of the local teens here, had a party which was featured on the show last summer. Grand finale of the party, her parents' gave her an $85K sports car (but what else is new). [I]Did you see that one CF?![/I]

These kids are so spoiled rotten, they wouldn't know how to actually survive in the REAL world w/out mommy & daddys money...let alone have to pick up, cook or clean for themselves! Quite disgusting how they treat their family and friends. Smack them? Nah. Their parents are the ones who need to be smacked, for failing to instill personal responsibility and bringing them up that way.

In fact she got her eye on this really cool teal station wagon with one bright red door on the passenger side hahahhaha she been eyeing that bad girl since before she even took her driving class at school and its still for sale...lol so who knows her birthday come august is looking real good for her :)

I'm definitely not rich now, but when I was a kid, we certainly were! We had 2 live-in maids and a weekly cleaning lady (there were 8 of us kids), but we still all learned how to make our beds, do the laundry, and clean! I remember protesting to my Mom, at age 11, "Why do I have to do this?" when faced with the business end of a toilet brush. And she replied, "So you'll know if your maids are doing a good job when you're grown up, and in case you ever have to do it yourself!"

I'm sure glad she taught me, as my cheap husband and I live a VERY frugal lifestyle. Looks like that girl needs a dose of reality! Those remarks about having to match her accessories to her car made me laugh!
