Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

All I want is world peace! Oh, and long, healthy, happy lives for my family and friends, and me.

Now, for the easier stuff, maybe a sentimental gift (a small piece of jewelry?)

Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

Eh, I have a random number of things. New laptop and a Nintendo Wii are the biggest. I'm a sucker for video games! Also have a good mix of CD's, DVD's, and books on there. Amazingly enough my list isn't very long this year. Which is shocking 'cause my list is generally extremely long.

To be honest, I am ok with just spending time with my family and friends!

Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

Nothing - don't make a list. Whatever I receive I'll be appreciative of. Just such a busy time of year with shopping, family birthdays, baking, and entertaining that I don't think about what other people will buy me.

Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

Hi,
Not a thing. We're making stockings for each other, Dave and our cousin, Pete, and we've got the things for my Aunt that she likes, so I don't want anything... I've got a great though small family, a roof over my head, two cats and a husband and son, a couple relatives that I love dearly, what else is there?

Kat :)

Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

Don't really have one. But if I did, it would probably be the same as Whitequeen96, without the piece of jewelry. I'd prefer a video game!:D

Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

I don't have much on my list this year, just a couple books and some language-learning software. I thought about asking for a new video game system, but I didn't want to put anyone through the trouble of going to find one for me.

Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

I needed new pots & pans, so I bought myself some new stainless steel ones on Black Friday.

I didn't really have a list either. I like buying for everyone else. I did tell hubby I needed a scale. I have a digital one, but it just doesn't pick up my weight or anyone else's correctly, so just a plain old ordinary scale.

He did get me something big though, it's wrapped and barely under the tree! So I do have a surprise gift!

Re: What's on eveyone's Christmas list?

I didn't have a list. My MIL asked what I wanted, and I said either a gift card or some stuff from Bath and Body works.
DH and I usually don't buy for each other, unless it's something small or extra-special. After 21 years of marriage and having to buy for so many family members, we figure it's easier to not worry about each other. Sometimes we buy a "together" gift.....like one year we bought a TV.
Often, we just buy something for ourself. DH bought himself a used lathe for woodworking this year....I bought a pair of designer jeans.
