I love this stuff! It saves on the clean up...line the pan...cook and not have to wash the pan!! :) AND for free...............can't beat it!! *S*

Big parchment paper fan here!! :clap:

I do a lot of cooking and baking and it sure makes life easier. When I bake cookies I line the baking sheet with parchment, then to cool the cookies I just pull the whole thing off the pan and onto a sheet of foil. After a few minutes of cooling time, I take them off the parchment and reuse the paper for my next batch. When I make banana bread, zucchini bread, etc., I line the bottom of the loaf pan and it comes out easily - you just peel it off the bottom of the bread. When I make a simple tart, I just assemble it right on the parchment-covered baking sheet. No pan to wash!

dirtyduckz, you pretty much agree to that whenever you sign up for any freebies, Alcoa is just the actual company that makes and markets Reynold's products, without giving permission for them to have your information and agreeing to their privacy policy, they can't send you your sample, due to the new privacy laws. They weren't asking to send your info to a million other people, just the parent company.
