Just do the survey and you get the gift. It tells on the bottom that it's a pop-open triple sorter, so I google imaged it to find out exactly what it was, and it was indeed a nifty little laundry bag.

Worked fine for me, too. Make sure when you are doing the survey that you don't repeat the same numbers for that one section, you are supposed to rank them in order of importance in an iron, so you should use each number, 1 through 6 only once, not more.
