| Re: How do you figure WW Points? Okaaaaaaaaaaaaay, now I am ready for the simpleton method. I mean does my wife use the same number of points as me? Is it based on weight and height? Or is it the same for everyone.

| Re: How do you figure WW Points? That's interesting. I've always wondered how many points I could consume. Looks like 20. Had a friend that did the WW program. Of coarse, like any other, once she went off, she gained back. I'm on the Atkins again, but the WW looks better to me--at least the food looks better. I like the idea of being able to eat a burger or candy bar if I want to. |

| Re: How do you figure WW Points? Brenda you also get 35 allowance points to use how ever you want you can use them a little all week long save them for a special day or however you want I have been using mine on the weekends that works the best for me.

| Re: How do you figure WW Points? OMG! That sounds to good to be true. Has anyone done this by themselves? I wondered if I could come up with a book with the points in it. Is it a slow weight loss? On the Atkins I can usually lose 5 pounds the first 2 weeks. Then it gets really slow. And I start to get tired of eating meat and salad!!!! |

| Re: How do you figure WW Points? They have a plan for doing it at home now http://www.weightwatchers.com/plan/hom/index.aspx you can also get the books at e-bay what can't you get at e-bay. I like doing the meeting because I need to have the accountability it cost me $20 to join and costs me $11 a week I figured I spent that much a week on junk food.

| Re: How do you figure WW Points? Rod. Rod. Rod. Because you are normally a smart@ss, I will share with you one of my favorite quotes of all time. It is from Roseanne (believe it or not). "Eat what you are going to eat and shut up about it." Truer words have never been spoken!
