I placed an order yesterday morning and received notice yesterday afternoon that the order shipped. I did not check out the order very close yesterday. I ordered enough to qualify for the free shipping. This morning when I was reading my email I noticed that they shipped my order 2 day Fed Ex and charged me 8.00 for shipping and handling. I called them at 6:45 (my time) and their representative was extremely nice. I joked with her that the $3.00 dog toy was not that important to pay for shipping and the dog would not care. (I also ordered a 4 month supply of Advantage). She said she would take care of the shipping and she would credit my card. I just want to say that I will definately be shopping with them again. Their customer service is wonderful. This evening when I checked my email, I had a notice from them that they are crediting my card and it should show up in 5-7 days. I'm very impressed with 1800petmed.com.

Gotta watch for out of date & products from other countries with this one. Also PetMeds has been accused of forging vet signatures for prescription meds. Most vets will have nothing to do with them.

yea ive heard they forge sigs not sure if this is true though....im still in doubt whter to trade with these guyz might want to get some more positive feedback
