NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:01 AM (ET) ON MAY 1, 2003 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON JULY 15, 2003. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO INDIVIDUAL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDNG PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS).

1. OFFICIAL CODES: Unique ten-digit codes ("Codes") appear inside specially marked packages of STARBURST® Fruit Chews products. For official rules and a free Code while supplies last, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Free Code, P.O. Box 5183, Blair, NE 68009-5183. (Vermont residents may omit return postage.) Code requests must be received by July 1, 2003. Limit: one request per outer envelope. Codes not transferable and void if not obtained through authorized channels.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit [url]www.starburst.com,[/url] or [url]www.mtv.com,[/url] register, and enter your Code then click on "Submit". Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on July 15, 2003. No unreadable, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. You must use a different code each time you enter. Each on-line entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the e-mail address from which the entry originated. All entries become the exclusive property of Masterfoods USA.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about July 31, 2003 by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone and mail.

PRIZE AND ODDS: (1) Grand Prize: A three day/two night trip for two to the 2003 MTV Beach House. Trip includes round-trip air transportation from major airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to the location of the 2003 MTV Beach House, double occupancy hotel accommodations and $500 cash. Winner and trip participant may be required to have or obtain required travel documents. Trip must be taken before September 1, 2003 on dates specified by Sponsor. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Travel subject to space and accommodations availability and blackout dates. Sponsor not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the 2003 MTV Beach House program. Additional restrictions apply. Approximate retail value (ARV): $3,000. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

Hi Robin: Ummm, this game/promotion ended over [B]3 years ago[/B]. Also, if you do have a code, you must go to the actual sponsor's website (not post it here). If there is a new game (and you have a code), check the website printed on your game piece/wrapper to locate the current contest.
