| it looked absolutely divine in the catalog a apotecarty in natural wood color for a apotecarthy table for only 19.95 it came in the mail it looks like crap and nothing like the picture guess i will have to call CS to get them to send me a free postage thingie cuz i am certainly not spending my own $$ to ship it back only good thing is that they send you an invoice and you have to pay by check or money order so at least they don't have my CC #s and can't charge me

| They do have good customer service. I emailed them complaining about a heart shaped mirror, and sconce set. The mirror looked like a funhouse mirror everything was distorted and it was so cheaply made. I called complaining and they sent me a new one no questions asked and told me not to send the original set back. There shipping is terribly high and I can't stand not knowing how much something is going to cost ahead of time. Plus they take their time sending out orders and you never know when you're going to get it. |

| All true. My sister and I were looking through the catalog last night and she said, "Do you think if I order this it will come before Christmas." I told her maybe, maybe not. You never, ever know. I have gotten some nice things from them, though. Guess it's the luck of the draw. |

| Back before I quit working to stay at home with my daughter, a lady at our company was using them. She showed me the catalogue and the stuff was a great bargin so I ordered s afew things (a cookbook, manicure set, sink organiser, and a musical santa for my mother as a Christmas gift). The book and sink organiser came on the same day. I got it home and unpacked it and there were no legs to the organiser! I e-mailed them and said that I was not going to pay for it until I either got a replacement or the legs. Well, I never got a reply, but I did get another bill and a new organiser. The Santa and manacure set never came. I just blew it off since I had not paid for it. Then a few months later, I started getting bills for other peoples orders. I sent them several e-mails and called telling them this but it took forever for them to stop sending bils. I won't be ordering from them ever again either. Brandi |

| They really do stick you on shipping. even if you order several things, they never come all at once. And you have to order very early to get seasonal items. A similar place i like is [url="http://www.ltdcommodities.com"]www.ltdcommodities.com[/url] . Identical merchandise & prices, but they are "a little" better on shipping. Still slow, tho. |

| at least abc's CS sent me a pre-paid postage sticky in the mail after finally getting through and being on hold for 10 %#@%@#^# minutes! will NEVER deal with them after sending that crap back. Line is always busy and then you are on hold FOREVER. Just need to get some ducktape and send that crap back. (Can you tell I'm mad?~!) |

| Re: www.abcdistributing.com sells crappy quality merchandise! This is the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered some stuff for my grandson's birthday. I got a call from Customer Service to make sure my order was correct. The agent never said anything about paying for the order in advance but I offered to since she was on the line. 2 weeks later, still nothing from them, I called to see why, the agent told me I had to pre pay for the order. I said ok and tried to pay. I was told I couldn't because of the status of the order?? I asked what that meant, she said again, I had to pre pay for the order. Was I losing my mind? I said again, That is what I want to do. I got a supervisor on the phone and here we go again. What a joke, they said I had to pre pay for the order, yet they weren't allowed to take the payment. When I asked the Super what pre pay meant to her, she hung up. Never again will I use this company.:( |
