| That was the WORST customer service I have ever had! I placed and order, got an error message, and called them with immediately after. The customer service guy told me that he cancelled the order, and walked me through on the phone to place the other order. Yesterday, I recieve BOTH orders in the mail...both the same, but one charged me $3.00 the other $24.50! I called Nextag.com and the customer service guy told me he could do nothing for me and that I would have to talk to the supplier. I even have a code they gave me via email when I cancled the order, and he told me that means NOTHING. Now, I am trying to call the supplier, and getting no where with it. I will NEVER buy anything from Nextage.com again! What a joke.

| Wow, I can't say my problem was as bad as that... But I can say that I'm not happy with them nonetheless. I ordered the Austin Powers video for $2.97 from CDUniverse through NexTag about three weeks ago. I still haven't received it yet. NexTag told me to talk to CDUniverse, and they told me last week that it was on its way. I just checked their site- it still hasn't shipped yet! And it was supposed to be a present for my little sister, too. :-( |

| Anytime I've had difficulty with a credit card purchase, I've submitted a merchant dispute with my cc company. Let them deal with it. There have been many times I've kept unpaid merchandise because a merchant chose to make things difficult. However, make sure you're in the right. It took 4-5 weeks to get my video from Nextag (CDUniverse) but what can you expect for $3....Nordstrom's? |
