Best Place to Find Manufacturing Coupons?

Does any one have any suggestions of the best places to find manufacturing coupons for food or house hold items you can use in the grocery store? Our local newspaper does not have a very large selection. I have found better selections in bigger city newspapers but I hate the idea of having to buy 2 papers on Sunday, especially since the paper is not cheap and there is nothing else to offer in that paper. I have also checked out smart source, coupon.com, betty crocker.com and a few other sites and have not been to successful. (About two coupons per month) Is doing a coupon train the best way to go? I would hate to start one or join one and find out that the coupons I receive were not worth my time, effort and expense. Any help would be appreciated.
