I got a sample when they actually sent you a bottle in the mail, I was not impressed, it has a very irony taste. I know it is supposed to be a nutrition drink, but I didn't expect it to taste like I was drinking from a rusty bucket! LOL!

Years ago, when I first became ill, no matter how much I ate, I was rapidly losing weight. Started buying ensure by the case through the pharmacy of the hospital I worked at. Found out the best tasting way to drink it, one, I always chose chocolate, then I'd put the cans in the freezer till it was slushy. Tasted alot like a chocolate shake then.
