She does the hard work for you each week- she lists the Kroger advertised and unadvertised sales throughout the store plus she shows you the coupons from what Sunday paper coupon inserts. You don't have to clip coupons- she shows you how to just keep the inserts and get the coupons you need.

I have saved over 60% on my grocery bill since finding this site 4 months ago. I get to try new things because they are almost free and I have stocked up beyond belief.


This isn't a referral email- I get nothing for spreading the news. I take her table for each week and copy/paste the items I want to purchase into a Word document. I print it out, clip the coupons and stick to my list. I am a stocking person- I don't go to the store each week to create meals- I may go one week and stock up on tuna and toothpaste, the next Pasta sauce and frozen items- you can do this with this website.

Please check it out- her intentions are wonderful- if you can get an item for free that you don't use- donate it and feed the hungry.

i dont get how this work when i got this site all i see is a table that tells how much the item is and the coupon and how much the final price is but how do i get the coupons

She gives you the table- she shows on the left column the coupons and from what Sunday paper= it's easy if you read the website.

It takes me 2+ hours to save 60%- this is not a quick fix. You have to work it out.
