~Eligibility: Contest is offered only in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("United States") and is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; who are without a criminal record and own or manage a small business (100 employees or fewer) that has been in existence for a minimum of one year, has a good standing with the Better Business Bureau, and has used the United States Postal Service® ("USPS") products and/or services for at least once a month prior for the past year.

~Begins on the Internet at 12:00:01 a.m. E.S.T. ("Eastern Standard Time") on or about August 10, 2002, and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. E.S.T. on October 19, 2002 ("Entry Period"). You will be requested to write an essay, in 125 words or less, describing how a KEY product or service of USPS has helped your business.

~Each essay must be original, unpublished, the sole property of the contestant, and not previously submitted in any other contest, and must not violate the rights of other parties. The essay may not be defamatory, as determined by judges.

~Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be substantially different and mailed separately. All entries become the property of USPS, can be used by USPS in any manner in its sole discretion, and will not be acknowledged or returned.
