Question I Have NOT Gotten a Pinecone Survey in Five Months! Any Advice?

Does anyone have any idea as to why Pinecone might stop sending surveys to a member? I have not gotten a survey since March, was accustomed to receiving about one a month for two years now.

Any suggestions as to what I might do?

Vie, email Karen thats what I did, and she told me I had been dropped because my daughter and I had an account there....Made no sense to me, but email her.....She can help

Maybe also go to the site and try updating your profile or something. Sometimes even just a slight change alerts them that you are still out there and interested enough to come back and update.

Their sign-up application clearly states that there can be only one membership per household. I assume that both you and your daughter have the same address and you signed up later than she did and that's why you were the one they dropped.

Unhappy Still no response from Karen....

I guess Pinecone is out of the picture for me. I am really disappointed, really enjoyed their surveys and the money that always came so quickly.

I wonder if I will get a response to my email eventually or just silence..and I did update my account, even though it was really current.

Nope daughter and I have diffferent addys..just didn't seem right to me either, but after I got her response, she wouldn't respond again..and the both of us got dropped....Not just 1 of us.....I really believe theya re getting slammed with all sorts of new people that they can't keep up with all the new people and they are trying to be fair, so are giving surveys to others....

I haven't gotten one for a couple of months either. I updated my account too. I wonder if it had anything to do with the new system they were going to start using. I couldn't get it to work for me, I emailed her and told her it kept cutting me off during the testing portion and she emailed me back and said not to worry that I would still be considered for more surveys. Maybe they just dont have any new ones available or maybe they just have a fresh load of people and want to start using them.
