TO ENTER: Beginning August 1, 2002, complete an official entry form, while supplies last, available at participating Music Monitor Network music stores and place it in the "Audiovent Dirty Sexy Nights In Paris" Flyaway Sweepstakes entry box no later than closing time on September 18, 2002. To enter online, beginning 12:00:01 am EST on August 1, 2002, log on to www.FREECD.com, complete an official entry form and send it electronically by 11:59:59 PM EST on September 17, 2002. Electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on September 18, 2002. Limit 1 entry per person or email address. No facsimiles allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries or for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or any other technical problems related to website entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: (1) GRAND PRIZE: a trip for winner and one guest to Las Vegas, NV on or about October 10, 2002, including: round trip coach class airfare from a commercial airport near winner's residence, as selected by Sponsor; double occupancy hotel accommodations for 4 days/3 nights in the Paris Hotel located in Las Vegas, NV - October 10-13, 2002; and ground transportation between Paris Hotel and airport. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): under $5,000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Trip must be taken on the dates specified. Winner and guest must travel together. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (i.e., if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, winner's parent or legal guardian must be winner's guest). Guest (or parent or legal guardian of guest if guest is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete a liability and publicity release prior to trip or guest will not be able to travel. Prize is not transferable. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions allowed, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize will be awarded. In the unlikely event that any portion of the prize is cancelled or undeliverable for any reason, winner agrees Sponsor has no further obligations to winner other than delivery of the remainder of the prize.
