Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older, and a citizen and resident of Hawaii, Alaska or one of the continental United States. This free giveaway is not open to employees or their families or subcontractors, of Tales Inc. DBA One Napili Way or Maui World Travel, its agencies, vendors, and suppliers. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible internet submissions received. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Enter by visiting the 1st Choice Vacation Properties site located at http:://www.choice1.com and complete the One Napili Way Free Hawaii Trip Giveaway online survey. Once completed click the "submit" button. All entrees must be received by midnight . 5/4/03 to be eligible. Only one submission/ Entry per person/E-mail address will be accepted for the duration of the promotion. Multiple entries received from any person/E-mail address will void all such entries. No responsibility is assumed for incomplete, late, illegible, lost, misdirected, technical, or mechanical malfunctions, or inaccurate entry information, weather caused by equipment, programming used, in this giveaway, human processing error or otherwise. Tales, Inc. reserves the right and has sole discretion to void any and all entrees of an entrant whom Tales, Inc. believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this giveaway.

Selection of Winners: The winning entry will be selected in a random drawing on or about 5/4/03 from among all eligible entrees received. The winner will be notified by phone or mail. If the winner can not be reached within a week of the first attempt to reach said winner , and a prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The winners of the free giveaway might be required to sign a waiver for "release of liability" in order to receive the prize.

The prize includes: Two (2) round trip air tickets to Maui, Hawaii from the nearest major airport to winners home address, a rent a car for 1 week in Maui and a deluxe condo at One Napili Way, Napili Bay, Maui, Hawaii, and one (1) round of golf at the famous Kapalua Golf Resort for each person. Estimated Value is ($4,500.00) . There is no transfer , assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize.

No substitutions for prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes for all parties traveling are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of either the winner or the participants he or she names.
