This giveaway is open to all visitors. Any and all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHENEVER AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. If you are a teen under 16 years of age, you must have your parent's permission before providing personal information.

TO ENTER: Click on the “enter contest” button below, at anytime starting July 19, 2002 and ending at 12:01AM (EDS T) August 19, 2002. During that time period, users may register for the giveaway by submitting and completing the official entry form located at the site. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the "submit entry" button after completing the official entry form. Only one entry per household.

Sponsors are not responsible for, and shall have no liability with respect to: late, lost, incomplete, any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, or for any other reason, including without limitation, injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials for this giveaway. If, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes whatsoever, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaways. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall receive One (1) Yamaha Home-Theater-In-A-Box, featuring DVD-Audio capability, and DTS 5.1 surround (retail value $1,699.00) . Ten (10) runner-up prize winners shall receive one (1) copy of Graham Nash's "Songs For Survivors" album in DTS 5.1 Audio and (1) copy of Graham Nash's "Songs For Survivors" in Stereo Audio. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Limit one prize per person/household/e-mail address. No prize transfers, substitutions or cash redemptions, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. All prizes will be awarded. Entrants agree that Sponsors and their respective employees, immediate families, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. All Federal, State or other tax liabilities arising from this contest will be the responsibility of contest prize winners and not the Sponsors.



DRAWING: Winners will be selected on or around August 20, 2002 by random drawing conducted by the Sponsors from among all eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the giveaway. Winners will be contacted by e-mail on or around August 20, 2002. Upon notification, winners must claim their prize by e-mail. If a given winner does not respond within 4 days (96 hours) of initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries. Winners must complete any and all legal documents and return them to Sponsors within three (3) working days after receipt of such documents. If winner is under eighteen years of age, a parent or legal guardian will be required to complete such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries by random drawing.

ELIIGIBILITY: Giveaway is not open to employees or immediate family members of ARTEMIS RECORDS, Sheridan Entertainment, Inc., A&E Networks, DTS and affiliated companies and subsidiaries.

GENERAL: By participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree (I) That the Sponsors, their parents and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever for persona l injury and/or damage, theft, or loss of any kind suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof; (II) that where permitted, winners shall execute a promotional release granting the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; (III) to comply fully with these official rules including all eligibility requirements and that the decisions of the sponsors are final and binding; and (IV) to give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail. Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner (in the sole discretion of the Sponsors) will result in such winner disqualification as winner and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. This giveaway is subject to any and all federal, state, provincial and local rules and regulations. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on the prize. Additionally, export of prizes is subject to United States government export regulations, and winner will be solely responsible for any export taxes or charges incurred. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in New York, New York. All claims and disputes must be resolved in the United States.
