Mountain Dew "Cool Million" cap collection

This might be just a regional thing in my area or something..I dunno. Bottles of Mountain Dew have caps on them that you have to collect and spell out the words, "Cool Million" to win $1,000,000. I can't find a thing about it online anywhere. I am wondering what the last missing cap is. I have everything but the M, 2 I's, O and N. So it has to be one of those letters that is the hard one to find. Is anyone else doing this promotion or heard anything about it? It ends 11/01/02.

I think it must be the M that's hard to find because I believe I've seen the others. I haven't been keeping them except when it's a free 20 oz though. Got one this morning on my mt. dew that I had for class. :-)

I have like 9 sets of " cool illion" so the m is the hard one to find... that is untill the other day when we got it. Now I was just wondering what the chances of winning now are because you have to send them into a drawing or something like that. Is this contest really worth anyones time??
