OZZY CONTEST RULES

1. The sole point of entry is via "chartattack.com". Log on and follow the entry instructions. Only 1 entry per person. No purchase is necessary.

2. There will be a total of 5 Prizes awarded. Each Prize will consist of an Ozzy Osbourne Cross, a copy of Live At Budokan and The Osbourne Family Album. Approximate retail value of each Prize is $60.00 CDN.

3. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the contest closing date of Saturday 31 August 2002. Multiple entries will be automatically disqualified. ChartAttack.com, a division of Chart Communications Inc. ("Chart") is not responsible for any entries which are incomplete, lost, stolen, destroyed, delayed, or not transmitted due to technical failure, however caused.

4. A random draw for each Prize will take place on or before Friday 13 September 2002. The selected winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail within 7 business days of the draw. To win, the selected winner must have correctly answered a skill-testing question as stated on the entry form or posed after the draw. In the event that a selected winner does not comply with these contest rules & regulations, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the contest judges are final. No contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winner. All components of the prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. This contest is open to all, excluding employees of Chart, its advertising and promotional agencies, persons with whom the above are domiciled and/or members of their immediate families.

6. This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.

7. By entering the contest, the selected winners consent to the use of his or her name and city of residence for publicity purposes solely with respect to this contest, in all mediums carried out by Chart and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation.

8. ChartAttack reserves the right to: (i) substitute any component of the prizes with a prize of equal value; and (ii) terminate or withdraw this contest at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
