How to Participate: This Sweepstakes is being run from 12:00 AM PDT July 15, 2002 through 12:00 AM PDT July 19, 2002. There are two ways to enter into the Sweepstakes: (a) on the Internet, at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] or (b) by hand printing a request and mailing it to House of Blues Digital, Inc., 6255 Sunset Blvd., 16th Floor, Hollywood, CA 90028, Attention: Digital Marketing - Sweepstakes for Harley Davidson Tour, to be postmarked by July 17, 2002 and received no later than July 19, 2002. One entry per email address.

Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, other than Florida, who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of household of: House of Blues Digital, Inc. ("Sponsor"), HOB Entertainment, Inc., Harley Davidson, MSN, and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize. One entry per person. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules.

Prizes, Approximate Retail Value and Odds: Two Grand Prizes: two tickets (good for access to both the Saturday and Sunday event - 7/20/02 and 7/21/02) for the Harley Davidson Tour show at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, Hampton, GA (gates open at 11 am), and meet and greet with Tim McGraw. The approximate retail value of each of the Grand Prizes is $220.

Winner Selection. Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entrants. Sweepstakes administration and verification will be conducted by House of Blues Digital, Inc. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of House of Blues Digital, Inc. whose decisions are final. The winners will be chosen at random among the eligible entries received. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor's sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete mail. Prizes do not include anything not specifically mentioned as part of the prize in these Official Rules. It is the sponsor's intention to award only the prizes described in the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless MSN, Harley Davidson, Hampton Motor Speedway, House of Blues Digital, Inc., HOB Entertainment, Inc., prize sponsors and participants, their respective licensees, franchisees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and production agencies from all liability regarding participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limiting the generality of the above, from any injury or death while using the prize. Prize winners waive the right to 1) to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem that prize and 2) any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability. Sweepstakes void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All taxes are winner's responsibility. All federal, state and local regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to use winner's name and likeness, including photographs taken by the sponsor's photographer, for publicity use, without any further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. California law governs this Sweepstakes and prize winners agree that any claims against Sponsors must be filed in the Central District of California.
