GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a prize package (the "Grand Prize"), provided by CMT/MTVN, consisting of:

One (1) fly-away package including:
Roundtrip air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest the winner's residence (at MTVN's discretion) to Las Vegas, NV;
Three (3) Nights deluxe hotel accommodations at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel (or similar) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals not included);
Two great seats to the Brooks & Dunn concert Monday, December 9th at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel (provided by B&D, Inc.);
Ground transportation from the Las Vegas Airport to the hotel;
Ground transportation from the hotel to the Las Vegas Airport;
One thousand dollars ($1,000) to bet, divided amongst eight numbers (the "Great Eight") on the roulette wheel during one spin of a casino roulette wheel at the Las Vegas Hilton on Monday, December 9, 2002 - with Kix Brooks & Ronnie Dunn by the winner's side. The time of roulette wheel spin to be determined by CMT. If Brooks & Dunn are unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, the winner will receive an additional $200.
three hundred dollars ($300) spending money
Winner's name lit up in neon lights in Las Vegas for a minimum of one hour. If sponsor is unable to provide "name lit up in neon lights", winner will receive an additional $200.
The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00
