2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico). 3. HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT-WIN GAME: LIMIT: Limit four (4) game plays per first name per email address, during the length of the promotion. Subsequent entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with multiple email accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges upon prize verification. You can then scratch-off (using your mouse or other pointing device) the image covering the prize matrix portion of the game piece that has been displayed on your computer screen. If, during the promotional period, the supply of all XXXXXX Instant-Win Game Pieces is exhausted, you will still receive an entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion by completing the entry as described above. In the event the Game Pieces are exhausted, you will see a screen displaying this message: "We're sorry--all the Game Pieces have been played! You have been entered in the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion" (see Rule #5).

Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner must provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry.
