How to Enter. There are three methods of entry:

Entrants under 13 years of age will be directed to a separate form and asked for only name, address, city, state, zip, country and email address in compliance with COPPA regulations. The Grand Prize phrase, which may be found in the coupon book included with specially marked 4-pound bags of Sunkist® and sk® oranges at your local grocery store. Entering the correct Grand Prize phrase qualifies you for the Grand Prize drawing and weekly prize drawing for the week in which you entered.

The secret weekly prize phrase, which may be found by following the clues on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] Entry of the correct secret weekly prize phrase qualifies you for that week's weekly prize drawing. Entry of the correct secret weekly prize phrase for each of the seven consecutive weeks of the sweepstakes qualifies you for the Grand Prize drawing.

Enter by mail by hand-printing your name, street address, home phone number and e-mail address (optional) on a 3" x 5" card and mailing to Sunkist Summer Adventure Sweepstakes, c/o Interactivate, Inc. 707 Broadway, Suite 1000 San Diego, CA 92101. No automated or mechanically reproduced mail entries permitted. Mailed entries must be postmarked by August 19, 2002 and received by August 26, 2002. Limit one mailed entry per envelope.

There is a limit of one original/initial sweepstakes entry per household for the Grand Prize drawing; limit of one original sweepstakes entry per household per week for weekly prizes. A household is defined as one unique physical street address. This promotion begins at 12:00 Noon, July 5, 2002, Pacific Time (PT) and ends August 26, 2002, at 11:59 AM, Pacific Time.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Choice of either Sony Home Entertainment Center OR a Hollywood Family Adventure Trip. Sony Home Entertainment Center prize includes: One 36" Sony television, Sony Stereo System and Sony Speakers and a Sony Playstation II. Approximate Retail Value of Sony Home Entertainment prize package is: $3,200 (USD). The Hollywood Adventure Trip prize consists of a trip for a family of four (4) (2 adults, 2 children under 18 years of age) to Hollywood, California. Hollywood prize package includes round trip coach class air transportation for 2 adults and 2 children from a major airport close to winner's home (carrier and airport to be selected by Sponsor); hotel accommodations (one standard double-occupancy room) for three (3) night; four (4) days compact car rental at destination; One-day passes for four (4) to Universal Studios Hollywood; and a Sony Pictures Studios tour. Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, phone charges, personal expenses, travel arrangements between winner's home and airport of departure, gratuities, incidental charges or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses of any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control. Family of four must travel on the same dates, itinerary, and fare class. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2003. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value of the Hollywood Adventure prize is: $3,200 (USD).

Five (5) First Runners-Up will each receive one (1) Sony DCS P51 Digital Camera valued at $243.00 (USD) and a Stuart Little 2 denim doll valued at $5.99 (USD). Total Approximate Prize Value is: $248.99 (USD). Total value of First Runners-Up prizes is: $1244.95 (USD).

Twelve (12) Second Runners-Up will each receive one (1) Sony Playstation II valued at $195 (USD). Total value of Second Runners-Up prizes is: $2,340 (USD).

Twenty (20) Third Runners-Up will each receive one (1) Sony Portable Stereo "Boom Box" valued at $88 (USD) and one (1) Stuart Little 2 movie poster valued at $5 (USD). Total value of Third Runners-Up prize is: $93 (USD). Total value of Third Runners-Up prizes is: $1,860 (USD).

Seven (7) Weekly First Prizes: One (1) selected participant for each of the seven (7) weeks of the sweepstakes will be awarded a Sony Playstation II valued at $195 (USD) and a Stuart Little 2 Movie Book valued at $19.99 (USD). The Approximate Retail Value of each Weekly First Prize is $214.99 (USD). Fourteen (14) Weekly Runners-Up Prizes: Two (2) selected participants for each of the seven weeks will be awarded one (1) Stuart Little 2 denim doll. Approximate Retail Value of each Weekly Runner-Up Prize is: $5.99 (USD) Total Approximate Prize Value of all Weekly Prizes: $1,587.53 (USD).

For residents of Canada, a mathematical skill-test question must be successfully answered to receive prize. Selected entrants are solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days after entry selection, unless otherwise noted above. No substitution allowed except at discretion of the Sponsors. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes impractical or unavailable to obtain. All prizes will be awarded. Total Approximate Prize Value: $10,232.53 (USD). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person per household.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec). Promotion void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Sunkist Growers, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Sony Electronics Inc. and Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. ("Sweepstakes Entities"), their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible.

General: Grand Prize entrant will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 2, 2002 from all valid entries received
