Anyone else having trouble w/Spirit contest?

Normally everything works fine, but today I get the form filled out and hit Submit and it takes me to the "What's a product code" page instead!! I've tried tabbing it to the Submit button, clicking directly on the Submit button and just plain hitting Enter, and they all take me to the product code page.....anyone else having this problem??

I just entered and it went through fine....no win, though.
