PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Los Angeles, California and one (1) Austin Powers/Pepsi prize pack, at an approximate market value ("AMV") of Six Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars ($6,487.00). The trip includes the following: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the U.S. gateway city nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California, (ii) first class, double occupancy hotel accommodations (1 room) at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood for three (3) nights, (iii) use of rental car for four (4) days (including unlimited mileage and LDW insurance; subject to age restrictions of rental agency), (iv) two (2) tickets for admission to the Hollywood premiere of "Austin Powers in Goldmember" on July 22, 2002, (v) two (2) tickets for admission to the post-premiere party for "Austin Powers in Goldmember" on July 22, 2002, (vi) round trip limousine transportation between the hotel, premiere and post-premiere party, and (vii) Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) spending money. One Hundred Twenty (120) Daily Winners will each receive one (1) Austin Powers prize pack, at an AMV of Sixty-Seven Dollars ($67.00) per Daily Winner. The Austin Powers prize pack includes the following: (i) one (1) "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery" DVD, (ii) one (1) "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" DVD, (iii) one (1) "Austin Powers in Goldmember" soundtrack CD, and (iv) one (1) Pepsi t-shirt.

ENTRY LIMIT: From July 1 – July 8, 2002 (the "Promotional Period"), TBS will conduct a national Sweepstakes encouraging participants to watch its broadcast premiere of the feature-length motion picture entitled "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me", tentatively scheduled to air at 8:00 p.m. (ET) on July 7, 2002. During the Promotional Period, TBS periodically will reveal Austin Powers characters on the bottom right corner of the screen prompting viewers to enter for a chance to win a trip to the "Austin Powers in Goldmember" premiere in Los Angeles, California. From July 1 – 6 of the Promotional Period (the "Daily Promotional Period"), participants may enter the daily drawing for a chance to win an Austin Powers prize pack.
