PRIZES: Fifteen (15) Grand Prizes: An original framed Scooby-Doo animation cel which will include an animation likeness of the winner to be added to the cel by Sponsor (Approx. Retail Value ("ARV") $500.00 each). Choice of animation cel at Sponsor's sole discretion. One Hundred (100) First Prizes: A Scooby-Doo two foot plush toy (ARV $24.99 each). Expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person/family/household. Allow up to three months from the receipt of the affidavit referred to below for delivery of Grand Prizes. Allow 6-8 weeks from the drawing date for delivery of First Prizes.
