After submitting my info, I'm getting an error page. Has anyone else gotten it to work correctly?

Here are the basic rules:

~Limit one entry per person, household or family and/or e-mail account.


After I completed my info and hit submit, I got this message:
There was an error: No configuration file for a contest named "IAmSamSweepstakes" can be found in the configRoot.

I guess I'll just try again later....
