1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 AM (CT) 05/6/02 through 11:59 PM (CT) 11/03/02 ("Promotion Period") you may enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, access and complete the online entry form which can be found at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and follow the on-screen instructions for entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times, will be disqualified. Entries become the property of sponsor and none will be returned. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (CT) 11/03/02. LIMIT: one (1) entry, and five (bonus) entries per person, household, and e-mail address. Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry for every valid email address submitted by the "Tell A Friend" feature, up to five (5). Parental permission is required for entrants under the age of 13 in order to participate. Please see rule 5 of these Official Rules regarding methods of obtaining verifiable parental consent.

2. PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: Each weekly entry period will begin at 12:01 AM (CT) on Monday and end at 11:59 PM on the following Sunday ("Weekly Entry Period"). A random drawing will be conducted each Wednesday from all eligible entries received during the previous Weekly Entry Period. All eligible non-winning entries will be rolled-over into the next weekly drawing. The first weekly drawing will be conducted on 5/15/02; the last weekly drawing will be held on 11/06/02. Promotion Activators, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes, will conduct drawings. Odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by 11:59 PM on the Sunday prior to each weekly drawing.

3. PRIZES: Twenty-six (26) Weekly Grand Prizes (one grand prize per week): $75, to be awarded as "Movie Cash", "Sporting Goods Cash", or "Music Cash," winners choice; Twenty-six (26) Weekly First Prizes (one first prize per week): $50, to be awarded as "Movie Cash", "Sporting Goods Cash", or "Music Cash," certificates, winners' choice; Twenty-six (26) Weekly Second Prizes (one second prize per week): A year's supply of Chips Deluxe Cookies, awarded as twelve [insert size] packages, one package per month for one year. First Prize: $50, and One (1) Weekly Second Prize: A years supply (twelve packages) of Chips Deluxe Cookies (ARV $39.4. "Movie Cash", "Sporting Goods Cash", or "Music Cash" certificates may only be used at retailers participating retailers listed on certificates. Approximate retail value of all prizes ("ARV"): $4,276.48. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one prize per person/household/email address.
