To Enter: Hand complete an official entry form found on advertisement from Sunday newspaper insert, or on displays in participating Jiffy Lube stores and place in “Win Your Well-Oiled Machine Dream Sweepstakes” display entry box located at participating Jiffy Lube retail locations. Limit one entry per visit. Mail-in Option: hand print your full name, complete address, zip code, age and daytime phone number with area code on a 3” x 5” card and mail in a First Class stamped envelope to: Jiffy Lube Win Your Well-Oiled Machine Dream Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 11769, Atlanta, GA 30355-1769. All entries must be received by August 1, 2002. Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, stolen, postage-due or misdirected mail or entries. No copies, facsimiles, stamped or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.
