GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to a Basketball Camp closest to winner's home, as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion (tuition of the camp not to exceed ARV of $625.00). If Grand Prize winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to parent/legal guardian and parent/legal guardian must accompany winner on the trip. Trip includes coach round-trip air transportation (if necessary, in sole discretion of Sponsor) for winner and parent or legal guardian (if winner is a minor) from the major U.S. city nearest the Grand Prize winner's home, as designated by Sponsor, to Basketball Camp closest to winner's home, as designated by Sponsor, and hotel accommodations for 3 days/2 nights for winner and parent or legal guardian (if winner is a minor) at hotel (standard room/double occupancy) of Sponsor's choice. All incidental expenses not specified herein, including but not without limitation, other transportation, food or beverages will be the sole responsibility of the winner and/or parent or legal guardian. Trip must be taken before December 31, 2002, on dates designated by Sponsor. If selected winner/parent or legal guardian does not meet these requirements, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will also receive $100 US dollars to purchase tickets to see the movie Like Mike at his or her own discretion.

RUNNER UP PRIZES: Five Hundred (500) runner up winners each win a "Like Mike" CD carrying case:
