PRIZE: Each day from July 1 through July 30, 2002, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be held to determine the three daily winners of $250.00 in merchandise credit. All entries not chosen in the previous day’s drawing are automatically enrolled in the next day’s drawing. The names of the winners will be announced on HSNTV throughout the day. On July 31, 2002, a random drawing from all eligible entries, including the daily winner’s entries, will be conducted to determine the GRAND PRIZE winner of a $2500.00 merchandise credit. All winners, including the GRAND PRIZE winner, will have 24 hours to call 1-800-436-8686 to claim the prize. Should any winner not claim the prize within a 24 hour time period, the prize is forfeited and may not be awarded. HSN reserves the right to contact a winner who has not claimed the prize within the specified time period. However, acceptance of the prize after the 24 hours constitutes forfeiture of $25.00 of the merchandise credit prize. The merchandise credit can be applied to HSN orders, including shipping and handling charges and is valid for one year. The daily winner’s merchandise credit prizes will be entered into their HSN account within 72 hours of winning. The GRAND PRIZE winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility of Release and Form W-9 Form within 10 days of receipt. The GRAND PRIZE merchandise credit will be awarded within 72 hours of receipt of the required documents. If a winner is not an HSN customer, an HSN account will be opened. If a winner does not claim a prize or if the GRAND PRIZE winner does not return the documents as required, the prizes will be forfeited and/or awarded to an alternate. The merchandise credit is valid towards HSN on-air orders only and cannot be applied to hsn.com, magazine or Outlet purchases. The total retail value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $25,000.00.
