PRIZES/ODDS: Thirty-Five (35) First Prizes: A trip for two (2) to the South Beach area of Miami, Florida. Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation between Miami, FL and major airport in U.S. nearest winner's home; 3 days/2 nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation between hotel and airport, (Approx. retail value $2,500). Actual value of prize may vary depending upon departure city. Limit one First Prize per household. First Prize Winners and guests agree to travel together on a specified itinerary and trip must be taken 8/23/02 thru 8/25/02 or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If any First Prize Winner lives in Miami area, round-trip ground transportation may be substituted in place of air travel. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change. One (1) Grand Prize: The opportunity to throw the Official Flying Disc through a designated hole in the Official Target from a predetermined distance. If successful, the Grand Prize winner will receive one million dollars ($1,000,000), (payable $33,333.33 per year for 30 years) If the Grand Prize winner misses, he/she will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). First Prizes are planned to be awarded to legal residents of various geographic regions as follows: One (1) in each of the following states - AL, GA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MO, NJ, OH, PA, NC, SC, VA, WI. One (1) in each of the following groups of states - (AZ, NM); (AR, OK); (IN, KY); (LA, MS); (IA, MN, NE); (CO, NV, WY); (ID, OR, UT, HI); (ND, SD, MT, WA, AK); (DE, RI, WV, VT, NH, ME, DC, CT).
