Prizes/Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) laptop computer (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $1,500). Five (5) First Prizes: Each consisting of One (1) Night Vision goggles (ARV $250 each). Twenty Five (25) Second Prizes: Each consisting of one (1) Spy Game Binoculars (ARV $50 each). Fifty (50) Third Prizes: Each consisting of one (1) Spy Game Hat or Flask, as selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion (ARV $15 each). ARV of all Prizes is $4,750. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for a prize (or a prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or a prize component) of equal value for any reason.
