GRAND PRIZE (1): one (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 2002 Isuzu Axiom 4WD XS, 4 wheel drive with automatic transmission and leather interior. The Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is $32,000. NOTE: Grand Prize winner will be required to possess a valid driver's license, in good standing, issued in his/her state or Province of residency, as well as motor vehicle insurance in at least the coverage amounts required by law and to provide proof thereof prior to prize being awarded or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. A prize won by a minor must be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian. Exact model, color, options and specific vehicle awarded as the Grand Prize shall be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsors and is subject to availability from manufacturer and shall be delivered to winner at an authorized Isuzu dealership selected by Sponsors at the time of prize awarding. Winner may be required to pick up automobile prize vehicle ("Vehicle") at location designated by Sponsors. All travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the winner; provided, however, Sponsors shall pay all transportation costs associated with delivering said Vehicle to a designated authorized Isuzu dealership reasonably close in proximity to the winner's city of residence. Winner shall be required to personally retrieve the Vehicle and present adequate personal identification and provide proof of a valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance in at least the coverage amounts required by law. Sponsors are not responsible for delays in delivery of the Vehicle. Sponsors, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the Vehicle within ninety (90) days after confirmation of the winner. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Vehicle after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site, and if the Vehicle is not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date the Vehicle is delivered to the specified designated dealer, the Vehicle shall be automatically forfeited by the winner and an alternate winner selected. Winner will be issued an IRS form 1099 for their prize based on the MSRP of the Vehicle. FIRST PRIZE (1): One (1) First Prize winner will receive a 7-day/6-night trip (Saturday night stay required) for a family of four (4) (specifically defined as two (2) adult members and two (2) minor members of the same family) to the Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino in Oranjestad, Aruba. Prize consists solely of round trip coach air transportation for four (4) (see airline award terms and conditions below) between the major U.S. or Canadian gateway city airport closest to the winner's home and Oranjestad, Aruba (AUA-Queen Beatrix), six (6) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, quad occupancy). Winner is solely responsible for all meals, excursions, phone and fax calls, ground transportation, gratuities, and any other expenses not specified herein. Trip must be taken within one (1) year of winner verification. Trip is subject to availability and blackout/holiday dates may apply. Winner is responsible for securing hotel and air accommodations at least thirty (30) days prior to intended date of departure. Winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary. Winner is solely responsible for all necessary travel documents (including passport) and any necessary immunizations. The approximate retail value ("ARV") is $8,210 (U.S.); actual value may vary based on timing and point of departure. Except where prohibited, all taxes on prizes (as applicable) are solely the responsibility of the winners.
