Has anyone had any trouble entering this? The entry form is too big for the screen and no matter how I try to move it, I still can't reach a submit button. Window won't resize or anything.....ugh.

Hi Sandy, I was able to tab through the entry form and when I got to the bottom I dragged by "start" bar down and was able to get to the submit button. But with all that said, here's a better link, good luck!!
